Use Save As when users should create a copy of the current record rather than update it.

Configure the Save event

Open the page in Layout & Controls and select the button that saves the record.
In Events, select the existing Save event to open Save Properties.
Enable Save As New Record.
Save the event and the control.

Preview the workflow with an existing record. After the button runs, confirm that SpreadsheetWeb creates a separate record and leaves the original record unchanged.
