This function will give the number of times a new entry was created in the database for the given application for counting the number of records.

Works in Converted Applications only

The cell will have the number of times a new entry was created in the database. In other words, whenever user hitting the save button this will increase by one for new records. In edit record mode, the counter value of record does not change when user hits save button. This function uses no parameters as input.
