How to make a page visible/enabled by value of

To make a page visible/enabled by value of;
- Open Designer interface,
- Go to ‘Pages’ module
- Click on ‘Add New’ or Edit an existing page.
- Check ‘Visibility Toggle’ checkbox.
- Choose the named range from ‘visible by value of’ dropdown.
- Click on ‘Update Page’ button.
