To format dynamically inserted data into a PDF document;

  • Open the Word Template you are using for the document generation.
  • Use double curly braces and enter the range name in them (i.e. {{named range}} )
  • Open Designer Interface and go to ‘Print Process’ page
  • Upload your word template.
  • Click on Document Stubs to open the Edit Document Stubspage.
  • Enable and map each stub to the workbook named ranges.
