To create a named range for a checkbox control;
- Open your Excel workbook,
- Make sure that the field you will use as a checkbox has a saved named range.
- Then open the Designer interface,
- Drag and drop a checkbox control,
- Choose the named range added for the checkbox field from the Named Range dropdown.
