To copy data from Excel into a grid;

Open the Excel spreadsheet containing the data you want to copy.
Select the cells you want to copy.
Right-click on the selected cells and click “Copy” or use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+C”.
Open Designer Interface,
Go to the ‘Using Interface’ module.
Open the page where you want to paste the data.
Select the container/section where you want to paste the data.
Right-click on the cell and click “Paste” or use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+V”.
