How to add chat to a dashboard
One focused task, a quick video, and concise steps you can scan immediately.
To display a chat window for a specific application in dashboards,
- Drag and drop the ‘Chat’ widget.
- Click on Widget Properties button.
- From application window, select an application chat to display.
- Click on OK.
Note that, this widget may not be visible to some users or some columns may not be displayed to them according to the permissions they have.
